We made a 2 story structure and chose a natural phenomena and tried to make it withstand it.

 

Hypothesis: it will stand 

 

Materials:

 

• clay 

• popsicle sticks

• cardboard thin strip

• cardboard

• tape

 

Procedure:

1.  first, stick the clay to the floor 
2.  form walls with 30 popsicle sticks sticking into the clay
3. wrap the thin cardboard around it 
4. place a rectangular piece of cardboard and put it on top tape it to the structure  

 

 

 

Observations:

 

 

 

 

 

Conclusion:

 I learned that modelling clay is really strong
